Prices, Rules & Prizes

1st .22 Rifle Team Shoot

Child & Guardian Team Shoot

$5.00 per team. 20 rounds. Each team member will fire 10 round each. All rifles shall be open sights (no scopes allowed). 25 yards, bench rest.

***Children must be at least 5 years of age.***

2nd .22 Rifle Shoot

$5.00 per shooter. 10 rounds. All rifles shall be open sights (no scopes allowed). 25 yards, standing, freehanded.

.22 revolvers & .22semi-auto

$5.00 per group of 10 shots. No scopes allowed. 15 yards, standing, stronghand supported.

Muzzleloaders

$5.00 per group of 5 shots. No Inline muzzleloaders and no scopes allowed. 25 yards, standing, freehanded.

AR 15 vs Muzzlerloader

 $5.00 per group of 5 shots. No Inline muzzleloaders, open sights only, no scopes allowed. 25 yards, standing, freehanded.

Archery

$5.00 per group of 3 shots. Recurve & Compound.  No crossbows allowed.

Hot Shot Competition

$5.00 per shot. Revolver or semi-auto. Best shot gets half the pot. 30 yards, standing, stronghand supported.

Calibers allowed: 9mm, 10mm, .357mag., .40, .45.

 ***All shooters shall supply their own weapon(s) and ammo.***

***EYES and EARS protection shall be worn by all while on the firing line and outside the safe zone.***

Trophey for top marksman in each event.

2nd & 3rd place runners up will receive a ribbon.

CASH prize available in the Hot Shot Competition.

Advanced Handgun

No Date 

Class price: $50.00 per person

Class begins at 11:00am to 3:00pm

Stress Level: CSL 3 

Calibers allowed: 9mm, 10mm, .40, .45

***HANDGUNS SHALL BE SEMI-AUTO***

 Equipment required:

Handgun, waist holster and belt, minimum 300 rounds of ammo, cleaning kit for your handgun, minimum 2 magizines, eye protection and ear protection, hydration (bottle water, etc.).

BURNING POWDER

Handgun "Burning Powder" Shoot

Centerfire or rimfire handguns

No Date

Shoot begins @ 1:00pm

Range fee- $5.00 per shooter

River Road Range is closed for the winter, except for special events or classes.

We apologize.

Range Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm  (during summer.) (unless otherwise specified)

Range Days Open: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays.

Range will be closed on Wednesdays, and Sundays (unless otherwise specified)

Handgun Range: The handgun range is open on all four days. Opens at 11:00am - 7:00pm Mondays, Tuesday, Fridays. and Saturdays  (during summer.)  (unless otherwise specified)

2yrd- 400yrd Shotguns, Muzzleloaders & Rifles Range is open on all four days. Opens at 11:00am - 7:00pm Mondays, Tuesday, Fridays. and Saturdays (during summer.) (unless otherwise specified)

Shotguns, Rifles and Muzzleloaders may be fired upon the range at this time up to 50yrds.

*** Competition Shoots and Special Events: Cowboy Action Shoots, Handguns, Muzzle loaders, Shotguns, Rifles and BB Guns.

*** Cowboy, Fire and Police Department cook-offs. All proceeds for Fire and Police Department cook- offs will be given back to the departments for purchase of equipments.

** All Competition Shoots and Special Events will be announced. **
